The questions people ask
Yes. End users and providers can use Aasaan at no cost. Providers can upgrade to Pro or Pro Plus whenever they want more reach.
A smartphone and your mobile number. Login and registration happen over OTP — there's no password to create or remember.
It's location- and service-based. When you post a request, providers who offer that service and whose radius covers your location see it in their feed, sorted by distance. Pro providers with early notifications see it first.
Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada. You pick on the first screen and can change it later from your profile.

Mobile numbers are stored encrypted, and payments run through Razorpay rather than being handled in the app. The approach is privacy-first by default.
